In Defense of the Constitutions - A Call to the People to Uphold Due Process, Liberty, and Truth

This public statement and donation appeal is presented by Lori Hopkins-Cavanagh, Founder of CT L.A.W. Initiative and CTLandAirWater.com, and currently acting in good faith and under the lawful title of Next Friend to Mr. John Flynn, in the Matter of Flynn v Whiting Forensic Hospital, and to assist those detained and targeted by the State of Connecticut and its judiciary, under conditions inconsistent with the organic Constitution of the United States.

Purpose of This Fund

This fund exists exclusively to support the lawful execution of constitutional litigation, including but not limited to:

• Printing, copying, and postage for filings,

• Court filing and certification fees,

• Document preparation and research,

• Outreach to witnesses, experts, and legal supporters,

• Secure storage and processing of evidentiary materials,

• Social media, website and public relations expenses,

• Travel or courier costs directly related to court appearances, meetings, and submission of documents.

All funds are accounted for solely for these uses, and no funds will be diverted for private or personal gain.

Oversight and Transparency

The fund operates through a designated PayPal business account registered under an EIN (not personal SSN). Donors contribute freely, with no obligation or expectation of return.

 

IRS Guidance

​To ensure protection of the Next Friend role and to avoid any ambiguity in fiduciary responsibility:

1. An Employer Identification Number (EIN) has been obtained designating this effort as a trust-like unincorporated association.

2. Funds are not co-mingled with personal accounts.

3. This fund is not a 501(c)(3) and donations are not tax-deductible under current law. This is a private legal defense fund for a constitutional cause.
